Today I am not going to write a lot…as delicious pancakes with raspberries
are waiting.
Ingredients
for pancakes:
3 large eggs
2 glasses of milk
2 and ½ glass of
flour
1 glass of water
1/2 tablespoon salt
40g vanilla sugar
a little drop of sunflower oil
sunflower oil to fry
Method:
- Mix all ingredients
together and store in a jar.Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Fry the pancakes on
the frying pan brushed lightly with oil.
Ingredients for mascarpone cream:
3 egg yolks
120 g fine sugar
or granulated sugar
250 ml thick
cream 18%
180 g mascarpone
cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 jar of raspberries
Method:
1. Whip egg
yolks with sugar till white,
add the mascarpone cheese
already mixed with
cream and lemon juice and mix
everything gently with a spoon.
2.
For each pancake
spreadable after about 2 tablespoons of cream and
1 tablespoon of raspberries,
made into triangles and serve.
