Low calories strawberries smoothie

Fruit smoothies in the summer, this is what I like. I prepare it with the addition of chilled yogurt. It is great for such a sunny day like today as it is perfectly refreshing. Strawberries smoothie I want to share with you today  is  delicious and very very healthy. It is full of vitamins and delivers 100 calories in one glass. This cocktail due to the high fiber content improves metabolism. It has a purifying and detoxifying effects and is ideal for anyone who wants to lose a few pounds. Additionally, thanks to a tablespoon of flaxseed will work on strengthening and refreshing to the skin and hair. So if you have not drunk this year cocktail, I strongly recommend it you, enjoy!

500 g of strawberry 
500 g of natural yogurt
1 tablespoon of  flaxseed 
Alternatively,  2 tablespoons of sugar 

Method of preparation:
Rinse the strawberries should be peeled from the stems and mix with yogurt, flax seeds and sugar. Cool before serving.
